What is Parent Pay?

Parent Pay is the market leading online payment service for schools and families. Through Parent Pay our school can accept online payments for school dinner money, trips, clubs and much more.

Why use Parent Pay?

We, as many other schools, are moving towards a cashless school. Parent Pay enables us to do this and also provides many benefits:

Parents can see what money is spent on and view purchases online
Pupils do not have to handle cash - which ensures safeguarding

How do I use Parent Pay?

When your child starts at Longwood you will receive communication with account activation details. If you have not received these, please contact the school and request ParentPay login details.

Once you have your account details you can log in online at www.parentpay.com. Look for the ‘Login’ button at the top right. ParentPay has been designed from the ground up to work great on tablets and phones as well as desktop computers, so there’s no need to use up precious memory downloading extra apps. Don’t worry about compatibility either. The vast majority of Android, iOS and Windows Phone devices will be able to run ParentPay.

What can I pay for on Parent Pay?

School Meals - Parents can view menus and then pre-order their child's school meals for up to 100 days in advance. 

Trips - Parents can consent to a school trip and pay for it on Parent Pay. For trips that are of high value installment payments scan also be set up.

Clubs - Payments for before and after school clubs can be made on Parent Pay.

What payment options are available?

Parent Pay accepts payment by credit/debit card. Payments can also be made at PayPoint.
